Hydraulic rebuild

It's getting to the point where the pump is making a lot of noise when in use. Use to be the dead heading the pump made the most noice, but now it's the quietest. She's a bit slow too. When the pump finally kicks the bucket, what's the best way to go about rebuilding or replacing it?

The only luck that I have had with rebuilding hydraulic pumps was bad. Surplus places like the Surplus Center and Bailey Sales have a variety of new pumps that may match what you need. Good Luck, Rick
