I know the part number for the drive belt is #140218. Is this a 1/2" x 84" belt? Since there is no adjustment for this belt I am wanting to replace it with a Kevlar. Just making sure of the correct size.

shows 1/2 inch by 84-3/8

Rotary has the belt and their brand belts last awhile.

Adjustments on older Sears are just the idler pulley sliding up/down in a slot on side of chassis. Kind of PIA as the bolt has a nut on the inside of body, kind of hard to reach and keep tension on belt at same time.

The number in the title is the model number.
