I'm in the same boat, but if you left something unfinished over there: Austen is a member here and a mod over there.

He can fix it if you want it fixed.

There is an old saying about putting all your eggs in one basket. I belong to many forums on a variety of different subjects....I find some good and some bad in most of them.....Another old saying....Variety is the spice of life.

Just sayin'

If they want me back then let them get their act together. I have posted some good articles and pic's over there but I am all done trying to log in 5 times with the PW they created for me.

That seems to be an issue with any corporate owned forum. Someone can direct Carbon Media to this thread and point out that we don't need a 'more mobile friendly format' or 'a brighter home page' to attract new members. Let the quality of member's knowledge handle that for you. Quit messing with what George built, he knew what this website needed better than you dweebs. So before you decide to something major, maybe ask someone who actually owns a tractor. Like the admins and mods.

I guess I have effectively left also, and for some of the same reasons.  The screwing around with my password was the final thing that limited my participation, although the pages had gotten slower to load.  I still check to see if anything interesting is going on, but that is only every couple of weeks or so, when I used to check daily.  I now rarely post, as the password I was given is a hassle to look up and use.  I normally memorize the passwords I use on sites.

Regards,

D.

They got hacked awhile back and forced a reset on all passwords, membership took a big hit over there. took me a week to get back in.

Like others said, I have a lot of content over there, and here.

I sure hope they don't do that here. MTF homepage is so bright it hurts my eyes.

Recently a ton of forums I belong to had some security breach issue or something and required me to change my password on all of them, but not here. It was tricky for sure, but I fumbled through it. I am a member over at mtf also but I definitely like this group of folks better. I still check in over there just to see what's going on, but it seems kinda slow in the bolens group there.
