Like everything else Sears sold or is selling.  Have to have their numbers on everything so they get all the repair part sales too.  Unless you know the way around it.   Even running I would say about 3 times to high.

Way over priced. The restoration shows and picker shows make people think everything is incredibly valuable. The restoration show out of Las Vegas, Rick's Restorations, restored a David Bradley a few years ago and built a cart for it. The owner paid $ 12,000 for it. 12 large would get you everything in my shed and all the stuff around it and I would laugh all the way to the bank.

I would go maybe 300 for it all depending on what it looks like in person.

What people dont realize on the resto shows, is that the item isnt worth what they are charging to redo it, that is the price of the parts and labor to do the job. You could pay $12,000 to get it rebuilt, but it will still only be worth $500-600 when you get done. Those types have more dollars than sense.

There is a local guy that does the American Restoration type stuff. My wife got a price to get my dads late 50's forney stick welder redone. He offered a few other ideas. $600 to turn a working welder into an ice chest? Needless to say, I passed on that one

I'm thinking 150 on that David Bradley. I have a couple of them that run and work and would only ask 200 for them if I were selling them. I'd take less but would start at 200

I am always searching the classifieds for DBs , I have seen people asking $3000 for something like this , $200 for a hood alone .

I saw a hood at a show for $29 , I should have picked it up coulda made $170 :D   , (asking is not getting)

I personally don't care much for the 2 wheelers , but if one came along in good shape , running .... I might consider it at a reasonable price .

But $1200-1500 like I see all the time , seems outrageous.

But of course his is a 'Genuine' David Bradley .
