Transaxle question

Will a transaxle out of a st12 fit in a gt16?

Yes, the only difference can be splined or keyed hubs I can't remember when they started switching them. My gt 18 has splined hubs. Is it the suburbans style gt16 or the box body style. If it's the box body style you will have to make spacers for the bolts behind the wheel the two on each side

I probably have the sears spacers if you need them. You won't need them if it's the suburban style gt16

Im not sure what gt16 it is he has, I have a transaxle for sale on cl and he contacted me.i will ask him what the transaxle on his says
