I'm an ex-smoker of 30 years, I quit just over a year ago and don't miss them a bit. I really wish I'd never picked up the nasty habit

I have been smoking for over 20 years and I quit for about 6 months last summer/fall and when winter hit for some reason I gave in and started again. I am going to be quitting again here in the next week or two and hopefully I can stick to it this time. For some reason my willpower isn't as strong as it should be for quitting.

Congrats Mike, and bet ya feel better too. Soon as I get this sugar under control, smoking is next to be attacked. I KNOW it will make me feel much better.

My blood pressure with meds was 160 over 110 when I was smoking, I quit taking my meds after I quit, last weeek I was at 117 over 79, Just think about the money alone, enough to buy a nice tractor every couple months. Reward yourself for being strong, don't give in, dont stop trying, it's worth it, Good Luck

The one thing that's always been good is my blood pressure. Usually around 120 over the low 70's.
