Spark tester?....Isn't that why you have children?......"Hey, c'mere and hold this for a sec"........lol

OK..OK....for $4.99, I might get one.

That is what I was thinking

Yeah, but that's a "one time use" tool! :bigrofl: They usually wont let you try it a second time!

That is why you have multiple children, now I finally know the answer as to why we had another one, and another one LMAO

Mine are a little too old to fall for that. Grand kids are a little too young to zap. Gonna have to get the tester.

Reminds me of my father-in-law telling about talking his brother into peeing on a John Deere B magneto.
It never happened twice!

I have one from napa, it works good and is much easier than pulling the plug.

Plug in a chicken and you will get a good audible as well as the flash.

Just got around to reading this thread and broke up when I read Poncho's reply. Made me think about the time I took a condenser, put the wire in a spark plug boot and started the truck to charge the condenser. You can hand it to someone and they'll always hold it in one hand and grab the wire with the other..........BAD MISTAKE. I took it to work and laid it on the shelf with the time cards. The secretary came out of the office, saw it and sure enough, time cards went flying. She swore to kill whoever did that but as far as I know she never found out or at least that was 38 years ago and I'm still alive.

Hope that this item is available somewhere besides Tool Warehouse. I'm not going to pay a $10.00 surcharge just because I order less than $50.00 in tools. Just called local NAPA store, they have same item for $4.99, so that's where I' m headed.

That reminds me of doing that with a 1020 Sun Scope machine that had a condenser test function. If you held the knob in test position and remove the test leads it did not discharge the condenser. Lucky I was not shot a few times for that one.
