Started on my 20 dollar custom. Put in new rings and crank seals. I also had to add a bar in the grille because someone cut one out . I have another custom 10 that I got a free snowblower for. I had to make a snowblower pulley because they are hard to find. I still have to do the wheels on the yellow one. You guys will have to deal with the sideways pics I apologize it doesn't matter which way I hold this new phone. I have an allis chalmers 620 to restore after the yellow one. Two ss15s. A cub 147 . Then maybe the orange custom ten next year.

I enjoy doing them I wouldn't mind doing it. You are far away tho. I'm laid off right now so I am trying to get all mine cranked out. You can do them pretty quick when you can devote all day to them . Lol

Folks seem to prefer the Suburbans to the Customs. What is the difference?

I have a SS10 and a Custom 7. You have more attachments on Suburban with unique hook ups. Not sure other reasons? The Custom is non runner, so never played with it.

Restoration looks good nice job on the grill replacement

I had out IT person at work show me that if you are using a desktop you can carry the photo to the main screen then open it up to turn it so it is the correct orientation and save it then it'll work to post correctly. I am the least computer literate person and I've figured it out.

The customs have a closed in front frame, takes specific built front attachments. Suburbans have the open front so you can slide a mule drive or attachments in the front.

I believe 'burbs front section of the frame is also 2" longer, they sit higher and have a heavier square tubed front axle, customs sit lower I think. Some customs also came with 3 lug rear hubs.

TP, restore looks really nice. Good job on the grill....I'm shipping you 2 suburban front noses   :rolling: :rolling: :rolling:
