You don't have room for a rebuild, but you have room to do a repower?!?

It's not that I don't have room for a rebuild, I just have zero trust with classmates and other students at my school

I've heard that someone put ball bearings in the cylinder of someone's motor... let's just say I have a nasty temper...

I don't think the assault charges are worth it...

With a repower, I won't have trouble with that. I also want something that stands out in a crowd, like a v twin running straight pipes, out of stacks.

Pull a plow, cultivator, push snow and dirt...
Just regular stuff.
And show off... I'm planning on putting straight pipes on

A 7hp engine would do the things you listed with ease, the only things that need more HP is mowing and snow blowing because they both put alot of load on the engine. Straight pipes always sound like a good idea but the reality is that it's a terrible idea, it will be so load that you will need to wear ear protection when using it and you neighbors will hate you. Straight pipes are also hard on the engine if their not long enough, if the pipe is to short it will allow cold air to draft past the exhaust valve which will warp it and cause all sorts of issues, make the pipes to long and it looks like crap.
