The Home Owners service manual is the most important as it tells you how to fix the GE tractors in a way that anyone can understand.

The Home Owners service manual is the most important as it tells you how to fix the GE tractors in a way that anyone can understand.

Based on that statement I contacted the gentleman, and bought the Elec-trak manuals.

Seemed like a really nice person.  He wanted to know when I could pick them up.  When  I told him I was in Illinois and he was in N.Y. he decided to mail them to me.  Said his usually doesn't do shipping/mailing but was glad to have them go to an Elec-trak owner and not get thrown away.
