Hello,

NEW TO GTTALK

I need some information regarding this little treasure that I found. Only thing i know of it is that its a Continental. If I'm not mistaken when these were made they came with a mowing deck as i see on the back of it a knob for cutting height adjustment. I'm wondering if there are any manuals for these. Well, first id like to know what i really have.

Any info would be really appreciated.

Thanks!

I have one but I know very little about them. There is another member on here with one but he does not know much either. I found an ad for one from Texas but it looks to be a totally different tractor.  I found some photos on Google but no info to go with them. These are very rare mowers and parts are not going to be easy to find. I believe the original color was red and white. Good luck.

There is an old thread on this forum about a continental that you could check out.  Just type in Continental lawn mower in the search box at the top of this page. Don

Thanks for all the help! I tried google as well. I seen the thread but doesn't tell me all that much. I figured id post a thread since there are more people now than there were when the older thread was posted.

Those who ask don't wonder!

Welcome to GTT. Check in our Manuals Section. I saw one of those at a show but only remember that it had the same name as a Lincoln car of that period. It is similar to a 1960 MTD machine that I have but, it also has features that remind me of a Panzar(grill and front axle). Good Luck, Rick
