Looks like a nice tractor and maybe an older repaint. Price seems high to me.

Looks like an older repaint to me.

I called about this tractor in November when it was up forsale. It had Make offer on it and I offered $350 for it and the guy promptly hung up on me.Truthfully I wouldn't offer any more than $400-$450 for it even if it had a decent deck and the blower.

That wiring scares me more than a little bit and that clear PVC hose they have as "gas line" and the vacuum hose for the fuel pump would need to be changed ASAP.That's a fire waiting to happen.

Well, I LIKE it!  Out of my price range, but sure looks well cared for to me.  If that was painted, I would say an excellent job!  Love that batt hold-down. Is that orig, or home-made. I'll have to keep that idea in mind. I've always run all around the battery, but with terms getting more out to edge, hard to clear them. This idea does good job of that.

It does look like a nice machine ... I always worry though when I see an ad that only has close up pictures . How is the hood? Tires? 12 pictures and no overall shot?

Fenders? Makes me wonder.

After hearing some of the numbers people gave him what you expect!  lol

You were not in the wrong its a tube frame, bolens made a lot of them. Its hard for me to pay more then $300 for any I see it better have a lot with it.

Looking at the pics again, that blower on the front appears to be not a Bolens one, take a look at the chute something dosent look right.

These two threads should be made a sticky on the cause / effect of a "Whats it worth" thread :anvil_drop:
