This my machine. Ive had it for a few years and used it all the time until the spring broke on the drive. Gerry rigged it to get it going. I have the 42in mower, snowblower, tiller, and push blade. all getting redone this winter.

You may be right! 1973 had 16 HP (no 15 HP). Will need more input from folks in the know.

I found someone to build up and turn the spindles. still in search of the bearing caps. I need 4 of them if anyone has any to spare.

I'm thinking i do,but all my parts decks are buried in 2-3' feet of snow,have you checked with the site sponsors for availability?all so your deck is built by Gilson and their could be some cross references,if all else fails I will be able to find my decks in 2-3 months(I live in the north too lol),I'm not a parts seller,I'm a parts hoarder but will go out of my way for a site member and even more so for a good cause
