Hello all, I just got a 1972 n.h. 16 s with a 48" deck. I have everything working on it now I am interested in new belts for the motor and deck but can't seam to find what part # I need for them. Also I found out that the tractor has an option for a rear hydraulic lift and a 3 point type hitch do you know what I need to do this or where I can get the parts?

The belts for motor, do you mean the two that drop down to the pto shaft? Just recently someone listed what size they are. I have to check again. Do you have the rear rock shaft? Should be an arm on each side of the gas tank, mounted on a hex shaft. If you have that it is simple to hook up a 3point. If not, it could take some minor fab work.

The PTO belts are 1/2"x34", 4L340 or equal. Ariens part #72111.
