Yeah, BOBcat385b sounds weird

A cat without a tail trying to mount tires

Might be like a squirrel playing on hydro wires

Things may be great as long as attention is paid

And the squirrel carries on with the plans that he's made

But touch something wrong or step in the wrong spot

And the dance that will follow could be hot, hot, hot !

I held my comments on this as I have been down this road often. I learned the hard way, as I hope you have, that there is a certain way the tire has to be put on the rim. Windex is a great helper. I place mine on the floor and use a knee to press one side down while prying the tire over the rim. Now is the time to check if the tread pattern is correct. Like mentioned before, I had to switch one of my AGS around. I liken mounting tires to wrestling alligators!

Breaking the bead, fixed I have a bead breaker now

Removing the tire from rim, Worst case use a sawsall.

Mounting the tire, discussed above

Inflation, Can be a bear, Straps, more straps, and globs of grease.

I use tire mounting compound in paste form. I can often push the first bead over the rim. Several of or local tire shops have just given us a can full when needed. It works way better than soap.
