Bolens 1256 Spark issue

Hi,

I bought a 1256 and needless to say two days later it won't start. I checked for spark, none. The this engine has the overnight solutions for the Wisconsin engine. I have 12 volts going to the positive terminal on the coil and also the wiring going to the flywheel. What could be wrong. Also, what wires from the original ignition system are needed? The original installer just left them hanging everywhere.

I checked the coil and had 12 volts going into the positive from the ignition switch. I have 4.3 ohms across the small terminals and 7.9k ohms across the major terminal going to the spark plug. I put a new spark lead on and still no spark. Maybe the module behind the flywheel went bad?
