I have a guy offering me a Massey Ferguson 12 (he said it looked exactly like the pictures in my wanted ad on kijiji) but, it sounds like it is NOT a 12

The guys saying it has a kohler k3215, 12 hp shaft driven hydro, with electric pto. Has hydraulic lift.

Sounds like a 14 or a 16. What do you guys figure?

No pics yet, I told the guy not to go out in -30 metric degrees (Celsius) when I get them they will be up here.

Guy only wants scrap price, and his money back from a harbour freight Honda clone...

Sounds like it's cheep enough that it makes little difference. At 2 cents a lb if it is a Massey buy it. Don

I agree, my dad probably not so much...

My "shed" is a sea can shipping container, full of tractors just from putting stuff inside for winter. Only tractors!

Well a k321S is a 14hp so...  Still, for scrap price, couldn't you use it?

Not hard to get your moneys worth at scrap price,,,depending on what he thinks scrap is worth. I got my SS12 at scrapyard for $70 last year and scrap is down again from that.
