Hey all, I need a new seat cover for a MF 8 and the complete seats (cushion and cover) for a 16 and a 1655. What are guys doing? Is there a place that sells OEM looking seats or are people going to a upholstery shop? Are you getting them done as close to original as possible or just getting the typical black?

It's hard to see in this picture but the back of the seat has several cuts. My son covered them with electrical tape.

You could also talk to a dude named Stew:

You can do it yourself with his quick and easy step by step directions: http://gardentractor...a-lawn-tractor/

Or he is available for hire: http://gardentractor...er-and-padding/

Looks like your seat can provide you with a pattern that should be fairly easy to duplicate - check out the link that Cat385B provided as it should help you decide whether it is something you wish to tackle yourself.  If you need any suggestions or pointers let me know and I will try and help.
