What exactly would that have been used for originally? Doesn't seem to be a mower.

It's a motorized toy pedal tractor.

Someone has one heck of a Highest-bid price on it.

I just ran it up to $217.50 and still couldn't get a bid in past the auto-bidders, or the reserve price.

Honestly, it's rare: that's true.  But, I don't think it's past $350-$400 rare.  But, people buy stuff all of the time for outrageous amounts of money.

Last one I saw on eBay had a BIN price of $1500 or so.  Never saw it sell, that I know of.

I'd love to have it , just think I would end up way too deep into it .

I pushed it to $300 - reserve is still not met.
