Other than missing the hood, it looks like most parts are there.

Old Simplicity. Will have a rusted if not rotted fuel tank and carb. The engines attract mice so that the bottom of the flywheel cover rots. When fixed up they are great tractors. Good Luck, Rick

   Looks like someone took care of it at one time or another, Seat definitely aint right and that huge hitch on the back most likely means the frame is broken or cracked at the BGB.  if it could be had for cheap then it would be good but by the sounds of it the guy is looking for to much money.
