I'm Looking for a Brinly planter to use on my Wheel Horse, fertilizer hopper doesn't need to be good as this will be to use, not show.  May trade a 8hp(I think) Briggs and Stratton(no muffler, haven't tried to start), would prefer not to ship.

Still looking, will pay cash, possibly trade a running Dynamark tiller or above-mentioned engine.

Do you have any pics or brochures you could share?  I'm curious to see what this critter is.

Thanks,

Here's the link, not in my price range and too far away, no shipping, may end up making a one row out of a corn planter to use on the cat0 3point on my Ariens S14.

Picked this one up at local pawn shop this summer. It was stuck when I bought it,  and the fertilizer adjuster was rusted out. A little oil ,some cleaning , some paint,   a fabricated adjuster  and was back  in business. Used it  to plant fall peas with.  Came with corn and peanut plates. I would like to find additional plates. I think maybe  they were made by Cole, not sure.

ok guys, here is the secret.  I made my own single row planter out of a 4 row planter. It works great.  I just had to weld up a new 3-point hitch to the single planter

I bought a  old 4 row allis chalmers planter, took the planters off of the frame they were bolted on, kept one and reset the other three on the frame.  Then I sold that three row planter.

That was what I was already thinking about doing, I've seen it done and plates are easy to get that way.

Thought of that, I would prefer to build one out of a regular corn planter and use it on the cat0 three point on my ariens.
