If I remove the reserve line from the 318 to see what happened to it ( see other post ) I was thinking that on my son's old Ski-Doo snowmobile there was a in tank filter on the fuel line that had a built-in check valve . That might keep the fuel in the line from draining back after sitting and making it take so long to start . Would just put it on the ON line and not the reserve . I saw some added electric fuel pumps to fix this problem too. Any thoughts on this ?

I found these fuel filers /check valve , I think it would help with the starting problem , should keep the fuel from draining back into the tank.
