I have this mystery snowblower that I am mounting on a Bolens. No tag. Would love to know what it originally went to. Paul

Not a Wheel Horse.

WH used belts, not shaft driven PTO's

Paul,
If you want me to move this out in the GT category and change the title, please either quote or PM me to get my attention and I'd be glad to move it.

Paul,

Tried the main forum this summer without any luck. After looking at hundreds of photos I am thinking it is either MTD or Ariens. Probably an older MTD. The case is 37.5" wide, so I assume it would be considered a 38". Maybe 36", which is the width of the auger. How about we try the MTD forum with the title ' 36" or 38" MTD 2 Stage? '. Whatever you think is best.  Paul

It is a WH with a Bolens chute that has been switched to shaft drive and has an unknown mounting frame.

It does look like some of the WH blowers. I'm betting it was made by the same company. Matches a 32" Ariens and a 44" MTD that I found in my search. This is 37.5" wide. Chute is definitely not Bolens. I've had several different models of those. Odd duck, for sure.  Paul

It's an oddball for sure. Starting to wonder if it might have been a walk behind.

Your link will not show as links to that site are not allowed here. But I went there and 'borrowed' a pic.  :smilewink:

From looking at the pics, the mount is similar. Maybe you were trying for a different pic?
