Roper built.  Love the "good solid deck that needs bearings and belts".  Even get a cobbled up blade with it.

I have had two of these things, well both FF20's never paid anything close to his asking price. They are beastly big things and fun to drive one was just for snow duty.

Looks about the same size as my White 1655.  White has 15" tires though.  Been my work horse tractor.

Yep that's a rare one lmao.

They only made what? 24,480 of them? Serial numbers started at 01001 and last recorded serial number is 25481.If that's correct then there was 24,480 made lol.

I heard that the FF18 was prone to blowing up (aluminum bore, splash lubed 18hp Briggs Opposed twin) and they had the same problem as the early FF20 had with the input shaft on the Charge pump twisting off.

Between those 2 "problems" I can see why there are not many of the FF18 around. There are alot of FF20s around yet.Not to many FF24s.Read somewhere that they made between 2,500-2,800 of the FF24.

They don't do very well for plowing snow.To darn slow and lots of wheel spinning even with 26 12 12 flotation AG tires on and filled with Calcium.I've pulled my neighbors FF20 out of many snow banks with my old Bolens and Cub Cadets.

Here is the tires that's on his FF20.Don't know what you call them but they are tubed and Calcuim loaded.

also have a front blade that I adapted to use on this. It is missing the linkages and will take some tinkering to get it to work.

Sounds promising.
