Sorry , can't help you out, and sorry to hear about the cancer. Damm cancer seems to be every where. Most families have some one with it. In my family, father, mother, my mothers brother and his wife, my sister, my wifes side of family, same thing. Sorry for the mini rant.

Am I priced to high??

A running onan should be worth $300

$400 in new tires

$100 for onan 16 bf rings

$50 brake band

That's $850

whats the going price on a sears hydro??

I bought my roper 18 hydro with complete engine, missing starter, mildly stuck hydro pump for 100. Hood in almost identical condition.

I think that was a good to fair deal, and don't regret it... but I don't ever expect to get much more that plus the parts I bought at about half value.

As for not selling, I agree on timing. Unless it has a blade or a blower, they sit for a while on CL. Also, while this is your target audience, you're many, many hours from most prospective candidates.

Update

I now have

36 inch single stage blower

and 42 in snow blade

look mostly complete

also going to include more tires on rims

3 pair 23x 10.50 x12 turfs may need tubes

1 pair 23x10.50x 12 ags

1 pair 23x10.50 x8.50

a few sets of front turfs on rims I'm thinking 4 pair

Price is going to remain at 1000

may not be much but its the best I can do

First, I'm sorry for the health problems of your wife, God bless you both. I know it's a lot of trouble, but I think you would move some of this stuff if you part it out, a lot of people might buy one tractor or engine, or both, but can't afford it all. Just a thought. Good luck.

I fully understand the parting out

I just don't want to deal with it

and would like them all gone at once

besides these machines are fairly complete

and won't take much work

wiring and carb rebuilds

I figure the GT18 hydro should be worth $1000 or more alone

I have only seen these in black and white

So sorry too OB about your wife being sick. Prayers for her getting well & your comfort. I have to agree your more likely to get several buyers buying single items than the whole lot. You may even come out better. Most folks don't have a lot of money for our interests as a lot. Keep us updated.

I would be willing to sell individual machines

No one has made inquiries

there is basically 4 complete machines

that works out to 375 a machine

parting out isn't going to net me more money

there is 2 items I know worth anything off these

a running engine

and an unbroken hood nose

and the 1 machine has an unbroken nose

I will try this

the 1 owner with a good hood nose

$600 needs carb rebuild and a brake band

I will include one but it needs glueing

would let go for $400 with a nose that needs repair

the hydro with an onan 16 performer

engine has a new carb included

needs tins put back on

not sure on the wiring as

this machine had a briggs in it

your choice of broken hood nose

$600

lastly 2 for 1

engine runs

will include a parts machine

$400

attachments would be extra

$100 each

48 inch deck

36 inch blower

42 inch plow

I think I can come up with seats
