Looks like a nice clean tractor.  Wonder if the deck and attachment? ?  look like.  Friend has a Case that was his fathers and is is go-to mowing tractor.  Price on this one don't sound to far out of line.  Wonder about that engine as they are very expensive to overhaul.  My friend just dropped $1100 to have his rebuilt.

the ad says that he does have the deck and mule drive for it. 

 

I sent a 16 hp onan out of a case 446 in the mail to Hope, Michigan (Gary's Place) to be overhauled a couple of years ago (I couldn't find anyone local to do it).  they turned the crank, new pistons, connecting rods, rings, anything else it needed, etc. $900 plus shipping both ways.  I removed the tin, air cleaner, intake and carburetor, the starter, and the flywheel  (at gary's request) to ship....made it about 80 pounds.  shipped  it UPS.  Motor ran great!
