Been soaking this  for a while, feeding PB Blaster into the set screw holes(they were all removed) and lightly tapping it hen I get a chance.  I think I may put a puller with a large jaws on it and put some pressure on it and let it work loose.

Got it off, broke a puller in the process(don't ask), now to clean everything up and reassemble everything, may put anti seize on the shaft when I reinstall the pulley.  What is a good way to remove paint from a reverse disk?

That's great you got it fixed. I've got one here that won't fully engage reverse, but I have an NOS disc here that came with it. When it gets warm again I'll do it. Plus my hip won't allow me to sit down that low yet. Couple more months, hopefully.
