I am getting 5 AMF tractors. 4 are 14 hp and 1 is 8hp. What did I get my self into? What years are they made? Weak points?

From what I've heard, keeping paint on the hood and keeping the front tires inflated were issues with those models.

Hey I have a 1414 with a 3 point. Got it a little while back. It's currently sitting on the back burner while other things take precedent. The 1414 uses the same bull gear style rear as the early John deere 140's. Pedal hydro and hydro lift. If you part any of them, let me know. I need a few things. I've only seen 2 1414's. Seeing 4 together pretty sweet.

The main issues I've seen are the dashes and fender pans. Fender pans are fiberglass. The dash is also fiberglass and plastic. I have an extra dash that came with mine that is all metal. I think someone made it though. They did a decent job so I'm going to use it.

Great find. They're stout units and have a cast grill.
Any attachments?

Wow nice find!

Anytime someone finds more than 2 of the same is a big score in my book.

Geez, it's almost like starting a new collection;)

All the AMF'S are heading to Alabama. Guy will hopefully restore 2 with the 4. He keeps one and I keep one
