  My neighbor is a remodeling and concrete contractor and he asked me to build some for his 16' enclosed tlr. I welded chain links top, center and bottom for ratchet straps. The lower one on the right side is for stacking lumber, pipe, etc in. He will paint them later. Cost with materials and labor was $168.

Nice job.
If he's going to use the one for pipe or conduit, he may want a stop plate at the door. Heaven forbid someone pulls out in front of him. The ladders you can strap thru the rungs, the pipe you can't.
