Give him a name based on a trait

Or something he does that you like or hate

Maybe he leaks or does number two on the floor

Or maybe he is trained and waits for you by the door

Could be he likes to bark late at night

Or maybe he'll chase skunks and then not smell right

Whatever the name you chose to lay on him I wish

A long happy life and a clean water dish

One of the coolest dogs I ever met was a mutt (some black lab in him) named "SNARF."

It was  a combination of "snarl" & "woof."

We normally name our dogs people names, we have a St. Bernard named George, a Collie mix named Dave, a Toy Fox Terrier named Harvey and a Chihuahua named Gus (short for Burten Guster).

We have had dogs named Norm, Ronny, Auto, Hank, Leon, Winston, Reggie, Vera and lots more I can't think of.
