Hey guys, just thought I'd share this one. Picked up a Lesco LCR7400 diesel 4wd 1500hrs this morning! Came with two 60" decks and a winter cab for 200$. Came from an implement shop and had been sitting and they were clearing out the lot. Looks like i need to replace a hydro line and some minor cosmetics but, it appears to be all there. Guy says it ran when it was parked. Anyone know anything about these? I think they are made by Ford but not sure, im just trying to find out where to get parts at the moment...

The suitcase weights and cab are worth far more than you paid for the machine.

Excellent buy!!!!!

This one has a Perkins engine I believe and the Ford has a Shibaura engine.

From what I read, that is the only difference?

For the hydraulic line replacement, I would just remove it, take it to a hydraulic shop or NAPA, and have a new one made.

What else does it need?

Information is really allusive. This was only model front mower I found from Lesco and it looks the same as the Ford.Ford make 4 models of this mower.I would love to know how a Perkins ended up in them.I assume Lesco bought the mower from Shibaura minus engine and installed the Perkins.

As far as i can see, the tie rod is bent(from moving with a skidsteer i assume), battery and a hydraulic system flush. The deck looks like its ready to go, plus i got a spare deck for parts. My brother and i couldn't lift the deck for this thing and needed to use a bobcat!
