Plowed up a garden yesterday, for next years potatoes. Put the disks to it today and three other gardens. Can't wait for the cultivator to come in the mail. Next Tuesday I believe, thanks Jim. Disks made a good job of the fresh cut sod. Lots of fun, oops , work was done today.
Went over the last row of sod only twice.

Not breaking new ground so will plow our garden after the first frost.  Will leave it lay through the winter, put on fertilizer next spring and disk it in then.  Will till it as we need it for garden stuff next spring.

Looks like a fun afternoon Noel. Not knowing anything about disking, I assumed extra weight would be needed to get it to cut in.

I scrolled past this real fast and thought it said "Drinking today".
