of course, can't wait for the winter storm tracker, but seriously I do feel bad for those who lost everything but also hhurricanes have been happening since the beginning of time if people choose to live on some barrier island or on the coast you have to assume the risk

For many it was reality. For our area, we are far enough north that they normally turn eastwards out to sea.

No damage for me here on the coast. A little further inland they are dealing with record flooding. Seems like the I-95 corridor always catches hell.
