I've been adapting a Sno-Blade to Alice. The blade had no 'Shoes' (or 'Feet'). So I set about to make some. First off was the part to the blade. 2" centers there. Then the angle that plate sets at. Figured that out then went about figuring what I wanted for ground contact. Had some thick Nylon type material. Found some large round washers and built from there.

The threaded rod is 3/4". That should stand up to some abuse.

Better to have and not need than to need and not have. Looks good. Overdesigned like I do. Good Luck, Rick

Looks great Kenny! Projects like that are rewarding, especially when put to use. I have to make a shoe for my PK blade since it's missing one entirely.

Looks great

Some say it's like having an insurance policy,  having it you may not need it. Not having it and you most likely will need it.

Its makes you feel better having the equipment in working order Before the big event.
