Hi there everyone. I stepped away from the forum for quite some time formerly I was MF10 Diesel, due to lost access to my old email the new alias.

I have been needing a little more machine lately. So I broke down and bought a 3 cylinder Bolens G174. I'm looking for some parts, and tech on these little machines.

Welcome back. I'm sure some of the Bolens guys can help you out. We could probably reunite you with your old account if you'd like.

I was one of the early members of the forum. Might be worth considering, but that would be for me and a moderator to figure out.

I don't believe many of these Bolens iseki machines are in the Midwest, they seem to be concentrated near the coasts. Mine came from Texas.

Yours has the wide rear rims. My G152 has the narrow rears, which use a 8-16 tire, same as the Case/Ingersoll 400/4000 series tractors.
One of the site sponsors, can't remember which, came into some NOS parts a couple of years ago, including rims and tires that would fit your G174.

That may be worth looking at if it's cost effective and they aren't weathered from age alone.

The availability of 20x8x10 ag tires may not be so good. Of course fat rubber floats better so it might be worth the effort.
