Last week I noticed here in town there was a MF 620 snowblower setting outside of a shop with a for sale sign on it. After talking the man that owned it he said he had a tractor also to go with the blower at his house and he did tell me the tractor didn't run. We were able to meet up together today and go out to his house to look at the tractor before we completed the deal. When i met him at his shop he said he had the hood in the back of his pick up, i noticed it said "hydra speed" on the side. I had my hopes that the tractor was a MF 10/12 Hydro since i already have a MF12 G. We get out to his place and the tractor was a MF14 sitting back in the weeds, with the mowing deck on it. Even though I have 3 other 14's, I ended up buying tractor and blower for $200. The tractor needs some work, engine locked up, front grill is missing, tires shot, seat shot, and PTO clutch is missing. The deck is in real good shape other than surface rust on the top and the blower is in real good shape. I forgot to take pictures before loading them up  :wallbanging:  but i did take a couple of them sitting inside my trailer. Once I get a few projects done in the one bay garage I will bring them both over and take better pictures but for now. IMG_20160917_134553328_HDR (1).jpg IMG_20160917_134549636_HDR.jpg

Nice to get. But the blower may not fit the 14. It looks the same as the one I have for my 12.

Noel-your correct the blower will not fit the 14, I have a 12 I restored I plan on putting it on.

I realized last night I will need my trailer for an auction next Saturday in Pella. I will have to get the tractor and snowblower unloaded today and will get some more pictures taken this afternoon. Ted

As promised here are some more pictures; tractor's serial number is 1417 making it a 1972 first year the 14's were made.100_0502.JPG .100_0500.JPG Found both good and bad things as i begin to tear it down. 100_0499.JPG  The bad; there is a lot of rust where the battery and gas tank sit. 1/2 of the bottom of the gas tank is gone. Along with the gas tank the whole support for the dash and battery is really rusty and will have to be replaced or redone with new metal. The good; other than the front grill and pto clutch everything seams to be there even the hood bonnet only has one crack in it that I can fix. 100_0503.JPG Even though the engine wont turn over yet it looks like new oil in the engine. The deck is in good shape except for the top center pulleys being rusted and all three spindles turn. 100_0497.JPG 100_0496.JPG .

The 620 snowblower is in good shape, everything turns on it. The only thing is have found wrong it one of the small idler pulleys the bearing is going out and the skid shoe on the right hand side is wore down bad. 100_0504.JPG > I will have to make a bracket and the spout turn rod for it.

Does anyone know if this bracket is to hook up the snowblower? 100_0509.JPG I looked thru Agco Parts books for the snow blower but didn't see any bracket like  this.

I have never seen that part on my 12 thrower hook up.

Can't say it looks familiar to me either. I've had the older style blower for the 10/12 and I have a blower for my 14 also.
