A line of storms came through early(8 to 10am) so I didn't go until after lunch. There was less than 1/4 of the usual turn out. Some had gone home when the rain started.
Only a few dealers in the swap area but the one I wanted was there. He has a big variety of tools and supplies at prices way below the area stores. I've been dealing with him and his brother in law for 30 years. Really nice guys. So, I got a big bag full and headed down the row. Came across a guy that I've talked to several times before. He is restoring his JD Patio and really knows his stuff when it comes to tractors. We talked for awhile. He had a WH 857 for sale that he had put together out of 3 junks. I'll see him at the swap meet in October. The Brooklyn Fairgrounds has four good meets each year and they are only about 8 miles from my house.
The red 57 Chevy is similar to a 55 3600 that I have. The 48 Ford has 4 wheel drive. Good Luck, Rick
