Doesn't LOOK too bad, other than having the sheet metal painted red.

Chains are for the narrow wheels like the 800 has.
He says that he would REALLY like to sell the rest as a pkg. It was originally his FIL's. He says he has a couple of the small Bolens Grease guns as well.
I talked to him for quite a while. Nice guy.
With all thats included I'd say offer $100 less and see what happens
Also talked about the $$ and told him what you folks were saying, and also that it's a '63 as opposed to a '62. He said that he would let the whole pkg go for $500.00. Which will still get him close to the 600.00 since I gave him 75.00 for the weights and chains.
I didn't get a chance to see the tractor, as I picked up the weights at his work place.

I called the guy, and bought the wheel weights and chains. Weights are from a Craftsman, so they won't satisfy the "Correct Police", but as long as they give me the extra traction in the winter I don't care what they say on them :smile1:

I just added all the original paperwork to this tractor with registration, warranty, briggs instructions, bolens husky-600 181 tractor instructions, and 2 original grease lubricators from lincoln. I will take the first $500.00 for everything -- all of it. See this link LAWN GARDEN TRACTOR
Welcome to GTtalk, could you get a pic of the grease guns.

I think that I may have one of those rascals floating around in the garage. I bet my FIL got one of them through Bolins as well. Gonna have to look.
