Greetings from Southeastern Wisconsin!

I recently have gained an interest in all things mower and my first project is coming along very well.

I bought a 1952 Dunlap 16" Rotary mower with a Power Products AV-47 at a garage sale. As you can see the deck/handlebars/wheels are done, but I'm still looking for engine parts.

I also bought another power Products engine via CL. It's an AV-36 mounted on a stand. I just completed a cosmetic resto on that one. It runs nicely and looks good.

My third project for this fall (When the Dunlap is done and running) is a 1974 Lawn Boy 7263 I bought at a thrift store.

It runs very well and is in pretty good nick, other than some missing paint and a little wear.

Just wanted to do a quick hello and post a few pictures of my projects.

:welcometogttalk:  If you lurk around here very long, you will soon be collecting garden tractors too!

Welcome to the forum.

Our Grand-daughters Lawn-Boy shucked the self propel mechanism and they were having a hard time pushing it. Donated the push version I had here and wouldn't you know it, her's followed the wife home. Now I have one of those green things to work on also.

By the way, if your LB starts running funny or has little power check the muffler under the deck. They are noted for getting plugged with carbon. That's what was wrong with the one given to me.

Nice collection.
I have a LB that we use weekly. I recently unearthed a Jacobson 2 stroke (deck is rough) and I recently found a decent enough Sears that is the same orange as my Suburban 12

:welcome: to GTTalk

Welcome to GTtalk!
Your Lawn Boy brings back memories from my youth. A lot of push mowing got done.
