Corner drawers are always a pain. If one isn't pushed in all the way, the other won't open at all.

Two drawers in the corner to drive you crazy

I think the carpenter was a little bit lazy

They did not check their work when done

Or else decided this end result would be fun

The handles they chose might match the rest

But for this particular design they are not the best

Indented or fold down would have been a good bet

To let the drawers slide by each other as they met

Perhaps the carpenter was proving a well known physics law

That two objects cannot occupy the same space with this faux pas  

I doubt if the owner will recommend the carpenter for any more jobs

Unless they go find and install a much better suited set of knobs

  Drawer handles directly above and same orientation as the door handles would have been much more usable. Don
