Every year when my kids were little, my wife would have a yard sale to get rid of kids cloths and other stuff. Always thought it was more work than it was worth.

This year, with another abundance of baby clothes, she is at it again. We have 400 sq ft of tents in our front yard now...

She actually said to me, "Cant you sell some of your tools, do you really need all of them... There has got to be some of this junk you can part with. "

Ooch.

Myself, I'd grab a bushel basket, and head for the cupboards in the bathroom.
Moisturizers, creams, lufas, conditioners, etc.
Now there is a good campfire.

There's not much of that stuff in there. VERY lucky there, not the girly-girl type.
She's not afraid to wear cutoffs and a tshirt. Doesnt over do it on makeup and has told me repetitively NOT to buy her jewelry.

The major mushy holidays can be a little hard shopping wise, but I'd rather it that way. She'd rather get some gaming gadget or a new set of slippers. Lucky, that's what I am.

We had one here about 10 years ago...Wife said "never again"! Just OK by me! I think there should've been another choice though. When we find ourselves with excessive amounts of stuff, clothing especially, we usually give it to local charities.
If my Wife suggested that I sell my tools...I don't know what I'd do...Unthinkable! I'm speechless...
