I've had this Toro since June. Saw it in someones yard and ended up buying it for $200. Rebuilt the ignition system, rewired it and here we are! d92168fd28724c2e81e5ecf9019a8148.jpg

Fast foawrd to yesterday, bought a Cozy Cab with heat, lights etc. Looks mint. Cost? $225! Also am buying a parts machine (322d) with no motor and a mint deck for $300. Pics of cab to come!

Can you get some pics of where the PTO comes out of the machine and the driveshaft hooks on? I am having an issue with my u-joints hitting the frame when I have the deck in float. Something is not right, but I can't figure it out. Mine is the 322D.

Looking forward to the cab pics. I love mowing with mine!

Has the nightmarish Continental R08. Fixed and going good now, PTO is a very stupid design to be honest, it moves the entire shaft and driveshaft side to side when it engages.

I'll agree with that! Mine has had some PO fixes and I think it's not right as the shaft coming out is too close to the frame there.

Found the issue with my PTO. The pivot is worn out. Gonna have some cheap parts off the 322D?

Not trying to hijack the thread. But I checked on the pricing for this part and new is not cheap at all. Way beyond what I can spend right now. I'm going to see if I can get mine out and look it over. May be able to put some bushings in the worn areas. I'll start a thread on that when I get it out.

I may not need it! :dancingbanana:  I got it out and it has bronze bushings in there. They are worn out! So it looks like all I need is some bushings.
