Any one switch from K341 to Magnum equivalent or higher?  I have an M18 (horizontal) sitting around from a GT6000 that had steering issues but assume the crank diameter among other things is different.   PTO, pulley, air cleaner location, muffler, and drive axle/motor mount locations are just a few considerations I have looked at before starting this endeavor.  Any input from your collective experience is greatly appreciated.  I originally felt I would just keep the k341 in my 300 Hydro until it died.  But, with carb issues I have been having via another thread....  I am open to ideas.

M18 is a flat design like the KT series?  The frame would need notched like the 317 to make it work.  The later 90 degree v engines would be a better fit for that chassis.

Another possible issue could be crank height. I don't know what pan JD used on the K341. The PTO side of the crank is probably 1", at least mine is.
