Found a half rack of ribs at the store. Great smokey flavor. Added some Jack Daniels sauce and a bit of beer to keep them moist. A baked potato and I'll be happy!

Yes, that is the "hands down, flat out best" pre-packaged BBQ I have ever eaten!  They also have great BBQ chicken too!  Both awesome, but the pork is the best IMO.

Notice the time stamp?    Posted Today, 03:44 PM

He posts it before we get to eat, but doesn't leave us enough time to get to his house. At least he didn't post pics while I'm sitting here with leftovers.

I took note of that. But my wife had a great meal for me, so the jealousy missed me.

Ribs is the only thing I didn't smoke yesterday. But man I wished I had now. I spent the evening smoking Pork Chops, Chicken Thighs, Smoked Sausage and all beef hot dogs. Did enough meat to take care of Us for this week.

Hoped you really enjoyed your ribs Kenny!!

This afternoon I found a puff ball twice the size of my fist. Peeled it, sliced it up, fried it in butter and poured some beaten eggs over it for a fresh mushroom omelette. Sounds kind of anti-climatic after reading about the smoked ribs though. Kudos, Kenny.

Wish I knew which ones would kill me, or make me see pink elephants. I found a nice one in the yard last week tennis ball size.    Don

I've had those before and they are good. These were not bad considering they were in the Deli at the store. The half rack was just right for me.
