Cooked on a wood fire. And potatoes, beets, carrots and green and yellow beans with it. Yummie.

Looking mighty fine.  Just proves one don't need a $500 stainless steel grill to enjoy good food.  Think you might need a couple more veggies though. :poke:    :wave:

   Never had moose, how is it?? good as it looks ?? we eat allot off venison here, I usually shoot two or three deer a year.

Moose is very simalar to beef. Moose seems to have a wild flavour and smell to it.
