Had fun at the show today. When I first got there I was walking by the flea market area and I saw 3 old cast iron seats for sale. I thought I would take a pic of them so I got the trusty Kodak out and powered it on only to get a message that the storage card needed to be formatted. If you say yes to that message it will wipe the card clean so I pulled the card several times and re plugged it. I use a micro SD card on a adapter and after several re pluggings I got the thing to power up ok. So then I go to take a picture of the cast iron seats and a 30 something guy runs up to me and says '' she doesn't like to have her picture taken". He thought I was trying to get a picture of his woman who was setting off to the side. I told him I wanted a picture of the tractor seats but he didn't seem convinced. I did get a picture but found out a few minutes later that my camera lens was all fogged up because I had it in my carry pack next to two bottles of ice cold water and it didn't turn out. I thought about telling him she wasn't that good looking but I kept my mouth shut. So I go to the next booth at the flea market and the same guy comes running up to me and shoves a phone in my face and takes my picture. He says ''see how you like being on Facebook". Kind of weird but I wasn't going to waste my time jawing with him. Maybe his lady friend is in witness protection or has some outstanding warrants. The rest of the people I met that day were pretty nice.

It turned out to be a very rainy Sat and Sun for the show. I hope those of you who went those days were able  to enjoy it.

We made it there around 10:30 and stayed till around noon or so.  Saw everything we wanted to see and got out of there before the rain came.   For those who are Allis Chalmers fans.....a little birdie told me next year that will be the feature tractor.  So break out the Allis and Simplicity garden tractors!!!    Mike
