Bring the piston to the top of the cylinder and spray PB Blaster in through the spark plug hole. If you can take the muffler off, spray the exhaust valve with wd 40. I have a bent piece of brazing rod that I made up years ago. It fits through the spark plug hole and allows me to push the valves down. Once freed up, put some Marvel Mystery Oil in the cylinder and let it sit. Always add MMO to your gas when gassing up. Good Luck, Rick
