I was at the show grounds Tuesday and Wednesday helping set up tents, tables, chairs and laying out the grounds. I'm taking our things over this morning and getting setup. I took a few pics at the auction yesterday. More items were still coming in.

Helped put some finishing touches on the show grounds today. Everything should be ready to go tomorrow. Here are just a few pics I took today with the first one showing the three pieces I took over.

Had a great time at the show again today. George and I took pics which he will have to post later. Had a good time talking to several of our members and many others. It was a pleasure having Al set up with us with his David Bradley and the cordwood saw. He told me the first day that comments would be, I remember my Dad had one of these, are you interested in buying another one ?, or do you want to sell this one ?.  The most often comment I heard was, I remember my Dad had one of these. It was a wonderful trip down memory lane when folks described remembering how they or a family member used their David Bradley.

The sale lasted till after 6 last night. I didn't attend it though so I can't give you a fair estimate Brian on how much actually sold and at what prices. I do know that even with the heat and humidity there was a huge number of folks.

Had a great time , Grand introduced me to many nice people . We came home last night (Sat) a few miles from the show , going down a slight hill to a stop sign the brake pedal went towards the floor . Had that feeling before , brake line went. Still had brakes but not the same . We were staying at my sisters so my bil took me for brake fluid to keep it filled on the way home . Its 90 miles mostly highways I didn't use the brakes much , pulled the shifter down when needed I didn't even stop to check the master cylinder . Checked and can't believe how cheap pre bent lines sets are at Rock Auto list 2 AC Delco & Dorman both under $70 ! It doesnt pay to make your own .
