Got lucky today, grabbed a 3208 for $500, 54" deck, and of course power steering, hydraulic lift, comfy seat, liquid cooled 20 horse Kawasaki, foot controlled hydro. All standard I guess, but makes a nice tractor. I'll get some more pics after the deck is off and I clean it up a bit.image.jpeg

Got the deck off to rebuild as a backup to my ZTR. New fuel filter, topped off the hydro and adjusted the reverse pedal for better speed. Still need to clean it, but it was too hot todayimage.jpeg

That was a good deal.  The deck looks pretty good.  I hope it's all good.

The deck is great, the bearings are all seized from sitting outside and no use for a few years. No structural rust on the deck, just some surface stuff.

That deck has the most paint still on it as I've seen on one since they were being sold new!

Cub paint seems to fall off in sheets, poor prep or poor undercoat/primer.
