Well, when ya iron your clothes later, at least you'll smell like a Denny's or an IHOP !

How to cook breakfast when the gas is all and the cord to the neighbor cannot run anything bigger.

Re-purposing.  No body irons clothes any more.  Wal-Mart irons have been moved to the grill department.

I took the wife's iron and made it a grill

Where there is a way there is a will

Made into an electric what used to be gas

I hope she's not too upset the nice little lass

I turned it upside down after I set the dial

Plugged it in and now I'm grilling in style

Not a real big cooking surface but that's ok

I'll cook smaller meals and loose weight this way

I wonder if she'll notice a bit of grease

On the iron when she's done with each crease

Perhaps it will start a new style of press

A pleat with a little bit of a gooey mess

One things for sure the hydro bill will go up

As each morning I enjoy a fried meal and a cup

Of coffee - I wonder if I can with an iron brew

Will have to think about that and see what I can do

For now I'll be content with the little iron with steam

It really does the job and works like a dream

Just have to figure if I can and work out a way

To press my pants at the same time as that would make my day

Yep, no ironing here anymore!  She won't let me dump  it, maybe have to try this? Problem will be the grease getting inside it, till it is a fireball hazard!

I'd use a 9 iron!

By the way, those look more like pepperoni than sausage, otherwise that's a hell of a big iron! :D

I always hated the taste of starch on my sausages. Now I use the wife's hair dryer.
